Surrounded by sounds from a pelvic ultrasound and an ECG/EKG monitor, en-trails observes the physical manifestations of displacement anxiety. Through repetition and rewinding, the body is molded and handled to simulate chronic digestive pain. Moments of tension, carried through my hands, heighten this inescapable sensation echoing both the persistence of chronic illness and the anxious urge to make it stop.
